About our Hand-Dyed Colors

Scarves

We garment dye using fiber reactive dyes, which ensures the best quality, but causes some variation from one dye load to another. Because of this I suggest you order matching outfits at the same time. Even then, some fabrics will vary slightly in color and might not be a "perfect" match. I do everything possible to assure that the final product is of the quality you 'd expect. As always, machine wash hand-dyed garments separately the first few times, until all the excess dye is rinsed out.

Returns are Simple
If the clothes aren't what you were hoping for, or expecting, just give us a call or e-mail and let us know what you are and are not keeping. We don't charge your for anything until we hear back from you.

When to Expect Delivery

Zona Clothes is a small company in Leadville, CO. Zona Clothes are unique in that I make every item you see in my catalog. I produce and dye the garments in correlation to your order, and this requires a 2 to 6 week delivery time. I can usually get orders filled in about 2 weeks, but orders with multiple colors will take the longer time frame. You will be notified by e-mail of any delay longer than 30 days. We ship via US mail. For special delivery, see Rush Shipments.

Delivery Information
To get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible, your order will be shipped, as it becomes available. (There is no additional cost for multiple shipments) Our nonrefundable shipping and handling charges are billed one time, for the entire order when your initial shipment is sent. Merchandise charges will be made to your credit card only as the items are shipped.

Rush Shipments
If you need your garments by a specific date, we can ship using 3 day, 2 day or next day delivery. Some items need time to be dyed: therefore, rush shipping only reduces travel time. Call us for information on the additional charges.
