We want you to be totally delighted with your Zona Clothes and we offer you this guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn purchase within ten days for a full refund, exchange or credit.

About our Hand-Dyed Colors
We garment dye using fiber reactive dyes, which ensures the best quality, but causes some variation from one dye load to another. Because of this we suggest you order matching outfits at the same time. Even then, some fabrics will vary slightly in color and might not be a "perfect" match. We do everything possible to assure that the final product is of the quality you 'd expect. As always, machine wash hand-dyed garments separately the first few times, until all the excess dye is rinsed out.

Returns are Simple
Please inspect your garments when they arrive. If the merchandise you ordered isn't "just right," return the unworn item(s) within 10 days. Please include your shipping invoice along with a note telling us if you would like an exchange or a refund. When you make a size, product or color exchange, we'll send you the new item with no additional shipping charges. Please use UPS or certified mail for your protection against lost packages.

Zona Clothes is a small company in Eugene, Oregon. We are unique in that we manufacture every item you see in our catalog. We produce and dye our garments in correlation to your order, and this requires a 2 to 6 week delivery time. You will be notified by mail of any delay longer than 30 days. We ship via UPS or US mail. Delivery Information
To get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible, your order will be shipped, as it becomes available. (There is no additional cost for multiple shipments) Our nonrefundable shipping and handling charges are billed one time, for the entire order when your initial shipment is sent. Merchandise charges will be made to your credit card only as the items are shipped.

Rush Shipments
If you need your garments by a specific date, we can ship using 3 day, 2 day or next day delivery. Some items need time to be dyed: therefore, rush shipping only reduces travel time. Call us for information on the additional charges.
